We are the Susquehanna Sustainable Business Network (SBN), a community
of local businesses and social entrepreneurs committed to promoting an economy
that values People, Planet and Profit (the triple-bottom-line). We are local
business people, professionals, social entrepreneurs, investors, and not-for-profit
leaders who are committed to building a more socially, environmentally, and
financially sustainable local economy. SBN was formed by Sustainable
Lancaster and the Green Pages for Lancaster and York Counties. We are a
member of BALLE -- the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies
(www.livingeconomies.org), a national alliance of 43 locally operated business
networks.
We meet seasonally to connect with and learn from each other, and hold events
featuring guest speakers, films, and discussion groups. We are always developing
new initiatives to further our vision. We invite you to check back often for updates.
